The Individual Rights Request form for Weather Shield website.

This form is for individuals to submit a privacy rights request as described in the Weather Shield Privacy Policy, including requests to stop receiving postal mail, phone calls, and e-mails from Weather Shield.

 

Weather Shield will use reasonable efforts to stop promotional mail from being sent to the address you provide but does not guarantee complete cessation. Differences in names and/or addresses as well as every-door-direct mailings may cause you to receive some Weather Shield promotions.

Also, for certain requests, we may ask for additional information or documents to verify your identity (or the identity of the person who is the subject of the request). Any additional personal information you provide will be used to respond to your request including verifying your identity, identifying personal information responsive to your request, and keeping records of your request.

Weather Shield reserves the right to refuse any request, in part or in whole, to the extent permitted by law or if we are unable to verify your identity.

To stop receiving postal mail, phone calls, and e-mail from Weather Shield, please complete this form. Weather Shield will use reasonable efforts to stop promotional mail from being sent to the address you provide, but does not guarantee complete cessation. Differences in names and/or addresses as well as every-door-direct mailings may cause you to receive some Weather Shield promotions. If you opt out of the sale of your information, Weather Shield will stop sharing your information with third parties and instruct third parties, as required by law, to stop selling your information. Weather Shield, however, cannot control how other organizations use your information after it has left Weather Shield’s systems. All fields are required.
